Challenge

Restaurant owners face the challenging task of distributing tips among employees. Traditionally, this process involves manual methods such as using paper, pencil, and messaging apps, which can lead to perceptions of unfairness among staff.

Approach

I conducted interviews with key personas to explore their current processes and engaged with employees to gauge their perceptions. Following this, we developed wireframes to validate functionality before proceeding to UI design. Additionally, I crafted the visual identity and logo.
